It seems that there are a lot of fairly new people here on FS. I would like to recommend this website to follow. It is a very simple medical site that covers a vast array of topics. You can just hit the Their Subscribe” button and you have access to all their subject matter. No fees involved. I know many here are functioning off of cellphones and it’s really hard for me to see how anyone can research and read off of something so small, but I guess if you can do FS you have made it work for you. The site has a lot on nutrition and foods that can benefit your life. This particular one shown is on hemp. Powerhouse of nutrition an protein source along with flax and chia. If you are interested in an uncomplicated, easy to understand source of information, this is a good place to start. This is a lifelong journey. The more you understand the easier and more successful the journey becomes.
