Things have slowed down dramatically. I am not eating well at all. 700g in 3 weeks 😭 but I know why
87 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don’t think you should be too worried - you are within the sustainable weight loss bracket which is usually around 250g a week. Slow is excruciating, but the science says that slow is also sustainable in the long run. So from that POV - you’re doing brilliant. 😁
