Nice! I love oil free roasting, and have learnt how to add a lot of spice and herbs to help these kinds of meals be super tasty!

Pollylock1 I'm completely new to oil free cooking and I must say, I'm quite a fan! I'm working with my dietician to treat some GI inflammation and I'm not allowed to use oil, which is how I discovered this. Please share any tips that you have!🤣

So I mix a lot of smoked paprika, spices and herbs to veg! Butternut is my fave - a bit of salt, cinnamon abs smoked paprika to it and have dry roasted onions on the side!
