With dessert I still met my 25g limit of added sugars for the day.

High protein Dessert: 432 cals (20g protein)

10 T Plain yoghurt, 1 scoop vanilla whey, 70g cherry jelly, 10g koeksister, 1 kit kat finger (dark), 1 block of mint Lindt, 20g blueberries
