Hey everyone. I started this thing last night. I hope it works.🤞 things are looking good. I have tried exercise apps but I'm not really good at sports and workouts. And it's so hot you have to workout early every morning or late in the afternoon. And jogging in a mask is not really ideal. Walking is ok but there aren't many trails here where I live.🚶So options are limited. So this is one of my last resources. Hope it works.🤞🤞🤞
