1ste meal after a good 3 day detox... Feeling amazing.... Xx

Hi, what did you do to detox? looking to start soon but not sure what method of detox I should use.

Hi Tara. I did the 2week detox for woman... If you don't get it I'll send it to you somehow? It's 3 days only 2 provitas morning mid and evening.... And with that a cup of fruit with 3 snacks which is a cup of fruit (fruit in between prov and fruit meals). Day 4 to6.... For lunch You start adding lettuce, tamato, onions, beansprouts, chilli, ech. No meat no fat... And evening rice/pasta/pap with veg... Week 2 you add yoghurt and meat.... I'll add the detox to my page have a look it's really easy as you feel real good and not starving
