Weight is still the same. Been maintaining on 56kg since last year beginning of December😊 really just trying to tone up now and build some muscle. Super happy with where i am now. Now that my daughter is 9 months and ALOT busier, I still try and fit in some workouts where I can

Hi! Did you lose the weight whilst breastfeeding?

Hi Carice! No I actually didn't breastfeed. I had my daughter on formula from day 1. I probably would of lost my baby weight alot quicker had I breastfed but I also heard from numerous people that they constantly hungry when breastfeeding and actually picked up weight.

Yes, unfortunately that's me😂 I strongly also believe in keto and IF but can't do it whilst BF.

Do what's best for baby😊 you will get there! Best of luck with your journey! It's tough especially trying to get workouts in with the little one, I know the struggle😣
