Slowly loosing my weight 🙃
Very Happy 😊
Cutting my daily calorie count by 20%
Exercising Regularly twice a day 💪
76.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
