Those who don't enjoy the gym and want to do great workouts from the comfort of your home, check out the Fiton app. Seriously a game changer. The trainers are great and so motivating. A number of workouts to choose from. My new favourite is Pilates🤤 I never knew how hectic it actually is until I did some Pilate workouts, WOWZA!
