I’ve decided that I’m going to skip the weigh in today and maybe for the rest of this week. I feel like if I look at the scale I’m going to be so demotivated and stop.

I currently am bloated as heck from my period so I think that might skew the results ( I could be wrong)

But anyways it’s day 6 of my Chloe ting challenge is anyone wants to join let me know 😊

I agree skip the scale get on after u complete your challenge. good luck. I completed my 14 day yesterday I'm feeling much stronger on a week's break from today dunno what to do with myself I look forward to Workouts.

Thanks f mor the input. I did unfortunately stop because I hurt myself but I’m going to redo the challenge from day 1 :) I’m glad you enjoyed the challenge ❤️
