Had a fabulous weekend. I didn't count any calories, didn't do much exercise, drank more than I should of and u know what, it was GREAT! I didn't work this hard all this time to feel limited💪 of course i will not let all my progress go but sometimes the obsession that if developed needs a break. Back to my routine tomorrow😊
