Okay so i have decided that i reset my mind and take control to get to my new goal weight. i have been hanging on to 61kg for too long and time to get that 55kg goal. I have been so busy this year and have had no time to track anything and now on holiday break it is time for me. Although i have exercised most days i have not eaten properly and water consumption was sometimes non existent. Although i work in an office the tap water is beyond gross and forget to bring from home. But enough complaining and more positivity. Good luck to all of you on this journey, for those travelling - safe travels - enjoy your time with family and friends - stay safe. Merry Christmas to you all.
