S&P not sure if you are using the FS app or website but on the app you’ll see above your “newsfeed/timeline” you’ll see a camera 📷 icon click on it. It will take you to your camera but instead of taking a picture click on the camera roll on left hand side ...that will take you to your phone’s gallery then you can select a pic you want to upload from there.
