405 cals - 7T yoghurt mixed with 1 scoop whey protein (reminds me of instant pudding just healthier). Needed the extra protein. 38 grams of chocolate for my sweet tooth. I make room in my calorie intake for a plain chocolate in the eve. Prevents a binge.

I didn’t know they had the Lindor Lindt irresistibly smooth chocolate bar in dark chocolate. Are you perhaps referring to the slab?

No I’m not referring to the slab 😂, but I understand where you coming from. I only find it at the Lindt store not the regular supermarket.
