Perfect combo IF n Keto. Always works... Doing both since Jan👌 changed my life!

I did that combo since day 1 of SA lockdown... i lost over 10kg in three months. I still carried on with IF and it is part if my life now. Went back to eating carbs in moderation and i am still maintaining the weight 🙏🏾
