my go to is always biltong and nuts (almonds most of the time)

bakers vita snacks / Woolies veggie crackers (like rice cakes but nicer) / biltong / pretzels / nuts / slice of cheese / boiled eggs / i like full cream yoghurt. a little is a much more satiating thing than the low fat or fat free kinds. even though you may want your snacks to be low cal or as low cal as possible, remember that snacks shouldn't make you want more snacks, so opting for satiating rather than purely low cal is what has helped me reign in the snack monster.

best are nuts or biltong because both are high in protein

My favourite is an apple with peanut butter. Or I also use a collagen peptide drink powder that fills me up so fast.
