Yesterday I had a bad day...started out good but somehow I got so bored and cold and didn't understand what's happening, I didn't feel like preparing my food or doing anything!!! I ended up in bed with a pack of Lays and 2 cups of coffee with milk and sugar!!! I've been drinking black coffee without any sugar for 10 days just to fail...Well, that was yesterday...Today I'm starting again and will try harder. What doesn't kill me will make me stronger!!!!

If you put what you've eaten into the food diary you'll be pleasantly surprised that it's not the end of the world. You can adjust your calories for the rest of the week and still come out fine. And it's not a 'fail' - sometimes we just all need or want things and such is life. We learn from those moments and maybe next time you'll take a bowl of Lays instead of a whole packet and maybe you'll decide that having one coffee with milk and sugar every day as a special treat is fine and the rest of the time you have it black. Just track everything and you'll be able to see where small adjustments can be made and you can still have some things you love without feeling like you've 'failed', but rather that it's within your calories and it's fine.
