Trying boiling broccoli and cauliflower for a couple of minutes, then putting in a frying pan with coconut oil and tablespoon butter, chopping it to fine sizes with a metal spatula while frying it for about 7 to 10 minutes. Salt to taste. Its the shizzzzz. I can eat broccoli all day like that
