It’s not even 8am and already starting to get HOT outside. We are set for a weeklong streak of temps in the 90’s here so I spent a good chunk of time thinking about meals that can be cooked out on the grill so as not to heat up the house. I have plenty of boneless/skinless chicken breast and ground chicken/turkey so I think I’m set. I am not a huge fan of walking in the heat so inside cardio it will be. ☀️☀️
