I will do a 38 hour fast today my last snack was 20:00 and I will eat only Tomorrow Morning at 10:00 so today it is only liquids, wish me luck hope I don't faint, lol

I tried a 3 day (72hr) fast during the lockdown and it was HORRIBLE!! I felt so faint on day 2, so I didnt finish the fast.

Wow ! you are so strong I can only go through the 20:4 fast . But I recommand you to try also that product named the solution ... It helped me to lose 2KG on 3 days whatsapp the 0682970825

Before I whatsapp you Celine, please give some môre details. I have used many products and the problem with most of them are, after reaching your goal and you return to life without it, you seem to gain back all the weight you've lost. So before I get myself into that boat again, I need more info.

@ Celinemenie with all respect...I would like to believe that this platform has been created to support those whose trying to opt for a healthy lifestyle. I think most on here has been through the ringer of expensive "quick fixes" and know how that turns out when product use are stopped for whatever reason.And pls stop empathising on people's post that's truly struggling just to make a quick buck jeez...just plain cruel

I am not lying and just trying to sell a product if is that what you think about me ... I am sorry ... To the one who want to know more about the product : this peoduct is all made of natural plants , nothing afdictive , pure and safe ... I did a 72 hour fast a few weeks ago. Felt a little faint by day 2 but pushed through and did 72 hours.

Fasting is good for the body. I've only ever had one 24 hour straight fast. Other days I would fast from 08h00 till 17h00 for a few weeks. 72 hours is an achievement. Well Done! 💎
