I don’t like not weighing myself. I ordered a scale today and will try weighing once per week instead of once per month. I also never EVER thought I would wear a fitness tracker but I ordered one of those too. 😁. It’s not fancy, just basic pedometer watch that counts steps or mileage, heart rate, and calories burned. I only plan to wear it when exercising, not all of the time. Should be interesting.
