It’s Friday and I am looking forward to a break! My husband and I are going to my Mom’s tomorrow to have Dinner on her new grill so I need to think about what I can eat that will stay within my calorie limit without being totally different than what everyone else is having. In my mind, I know we are grilling boneless skinless chicken breast so I can have one of those (no bbq sauce). Salad is also an easy “yes” but I should bring my Skinny Girl dressing because I know Mom likes the high cal stuff. What else? I think I will look for a cauliflower version of pasta salad or potato salad.
