update on me: been doing weight watchers for a little over five months, and have found it beneficial yet dumb. the point system works, but on what planet is a fiber one bar better than raw almonds? "healthy" fats are obsolete on weight watchers, but eat processed shit yoy cant pronounce. so its been challenging to say the least - my mobility is getting better, but that could be bc its summer(ish) time and arthritis isn't flared. i started counting on fat secret last june, and one year later - i am down the weight of a second grader. i will pay for ww for one year, learning new eating habits and logging my meals there. i still pop in from time to time to stalk you folks see what youre eating and losing, and by the end of my ww subscription in December, i think i willjust stick with fat secret appand the community here.... mainly bc you guys rock! peace n love... gonna go eat some corn for dinner 😉❤
