I'm feeling super lazy today. I don't feel like working out at all. Think I should take the rest day as I've been active everyday for the last 8 or 9 days

you know that 7 days actually has a biological restart to it. the Jewish and Christian Sabbath day is literally a day that your body refuses to do anything but the most important tasks, like cook and bath. if you don't rest at least one day a week you'll burn out. your Sabbath doesn't have to be a Sunday. as long as you take one day and rest and contemplate spiritual things instead of your body as you do all week long.

Thank you phstsue. I hadn't even realized that it had been that long until I looked at the my fitness log on Jefit. I had a lovely, lazy, relaxing day yesterday

Every one needs that once in a while. Just read a book or watch a movie with microwave popcorn and Coke zero. 😁

Honestly, Coke zero tastes better than original coke. So I would never drink original coke again even when I am not trying to lose weight
