Hi, I used my scale to calculate my BMR (basic metabolic rate) which is the amount of calories I should eat if I want to maintain my current weight. I always consume 2-500 calories below my BMR. You can setup your own RDI and not leave it on 2000 calories. I hope I’ve helped somewhat 🙃
