So im trying low carb but i cannot do without curry so mince with butternut and baby marrow with caulifower mash

1676 kcal Fat: 127.83g | Prot: 88.70g | Carbs: 39.93g.   Breakfast: Carb Smart Tomato Sauce,  Avocados , SPAR Smoked Viennas, Coconut Oil,  Fried Egg ,  Lemon. Lunch: Douglasdale Fresh Cream ,  Coffee, Truly Good Vegetable Wraps, Rhodes Tomato & Onion Mix, Woolworths Rosemary Lamb Sausage,  Lamb Chop (Lean and Fat Eaten). Dinner: SPAR Baby Marrow,  Minced Lamb , Cauliflower Rice, Butternut Winter Squash (with Salt, Cooked, Baked). Snacks/Other: Five Roses Tea, Gullon Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies, I&J Fish Fingers. more...
