Very surprised by this result... was not expecting a drop. I've been struggling with IF while at home (I'm a teacher, so while most are on day 3 of lockdown I'm on day 12. IF is easy when you're working... wake up, skip breakfast, go to work, have lunch when you get home, and dinner before 8 pm... 18 hour fast, no sweat. Good luck to everyone on lockdown!!
66.7 kg Lost so far: 19.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
