I get my low carb bread at www.medifood.co.za (they’re open throughout lockdown) and they deliver quick fast
To poach my eggs ...I crack my egg in a tiny teacup or little bowl. I boil water in a small to medium pot. I add a bit of vinegar (3 tablespoons or so) once it’s boiled. I turn the heat of the plate down a notch or two. Then I create a whirlpool in the middle of the pot by stirring the water with a tablespoon. Once I have me whirlpool, I tip my egg gently into the center of it and let the water do it’s thing. I remove with a slotted spoon once done and place in a rice strainer for a minute to drain any excess water. The more you do it, the better it’ll become. 🙂
