just take it slow...drink plenty of water and don't beat yourself up if you "cheat" one day...just get back on the road again...it's a long journey but a healthy one, we are here for you....go for it, and most of all do it for yourself

It can be really hard to let go of food and eating as a cooing mechanism. Try to find something else that you feel is a healthier and more productive habit to cope. I found it easier to eat the same amount but replace all my usual with healthy alternatives for a month or so before I started regularly exercising. This helped me to flood my body with nutrition and I feel more able to cope etc

You are not alone in this journey. Take one moment at a time.

Its like AA....one day at a time. If u slip n over indulge just do ur best to balance out asap. Look at it as a lifestyle change n not a diet. Some days u r allowed to live/indulge, but other days, more often you must b aware of what u eating, how much.... etc
BUT U CAN DO THIS🌻

Hang in there, I'm also a stress eater and has to find other ways of coping with it.
