Seriously does sweet potato cause water retention ?! I stayed way below my calories yesterday and ran 8km and woke up 0.3 kg more this morning ?!

Anyway know the best thing to do is only weigh myself once a week because it just fluctuates and doesn’t mean anything. But like others have said it’s interesting to see when it goes up and down... I’m still losing overall this week and will probably be exactly what I’ve been losing every week so far.
