Really struggling to focus. Can't get to a gym as can't afford it yet, starting life over after divorce, considering walking, but oh the motivation. I know i can do this, i've done it before. This time is just so much harder.

Some people exercise better with company. Maybe see if there is a ladies walking group in your area or start your own 👏 you could also do body weight exercises at home, throw in some dumbbells and resistance bands and you are set. Mr Prices are quite reasonable or you could check out cash crusaders etc. Failing all of the above, just dancing in your lounge with pumping music is great therapy!
