As I turn 33 today, I think of how extraordinary my body is to have given life, I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old ... 3 is the magic number in my case. I bounced back before and I am confident I can do it again. Not going to have cake today but maybe I’ll mark the occasion by splitting a pizza with my three year old and strive to stick to my calorie limit.
