So I didn't buy any today either 😊 I like the lemon, too DP. Good to know the carrot cake aren't good....may have to try the latte. I like chocolate / coffee combos.

Diablo.. no fear, just researching information scientist have known for years.. coming to the surface .. it is going rouge.. but my health is worth it.. .. and I just want others to know how detrimental sugar is to our bodies.

Ksuey, I'm with you, but don't waste your kind efforts on Diablo. He believes he is impervious to the poisons of sugar, trans fats and these highly engineered anti foods. Let's hope he's right for the sake of his older self.

Erika, when does the flip switch is there an exact age? When is my blood panel results going to take a nosedive all of a sudden? I mean you can keep believing what you want to believe while remaining the same weight for years on end. Keep struggling with that fad diet. 👍🏼

If sugar was detrimental to our bodies fruit would be unhealthy. Sugar is just a carb, a source of calories. Your family history just sounds like bad genetics and lack of exercise to me.

@Chrisw I grew up on the East Coast so when family visits they push the Tastey Cakes! They also bring UTZ chips. None better!
