not even weighing today.
cardiologist yesterday. veg test, Doppler test ( he asked, did someone tell you the you had a heart attack. I said no. he said nothing else)
I'm wearing a 48hr heart
monitor. I go in Friday morning for nuclear stress test.
my heart murmur has almost vanished. nothing crazy like the other day.
my BP was 122/74 and HR was 80 something.
I had to laugh. I explained the suppliment I take with my BP med to make these behave.
maybe I should take them Friday morning

I'm not really sure.
Maybe when I had a double bypass in 2012?
It couldn't have been a few days back, I wouldn't think anyway.
No one's says a thing to me but, the Doppler dude and vague at best.
This heart monitor is aggravating me.

Keto: you are in my prayers. I hope you get some real answers and real help. I can't stand vague comments like that! It leaves you hanging. Hope things improve for you. :)

♥️🙏 The person doing the Doppler should have never said a word. EKGs pick up on old heart issues as well as acute. You keep listening to your body and keep us informed of your upcoming tests.

The nurse that did my ecg never said a peep. I didn't ask, I figured she wouldn't tell me anyway.
