I just went in to buy some asparagus, and this happened 🤣

Sausage and bacon, unprocessed health food. Or not. Unsure how it's healthier than vitamin fortified cereal. Seems less healthy to me.

When we were young of course we enjoyed all kinds of cereals candies chocolates pies sweets donuts ects but when you get our age it affects us hurted teeth mess up royally gain too much weight are bones don't let us move like we used to arthritis and rheumatism kicks in loss of cartilage we're not as young as we used to be so now we have to eat healthy foods because we want to live a long life.🙇

Nope, even as you age, CICO governs fat loss/gain. And I eat 200g of sugar a day, 38 years old, zero cavities.
