i agree i was struggeling for 3 years now to lose weight id lose lik 0.5 kgs a month by really pushing myself and eating "right" 3 years i pushed myself so hard i got depressed and very unhappy with my body i started IF almost 2 months ago im down 6kgs and im not craving i keep losing weight even if im not in the gym 2 times a day. i was told to eat more the last few weeks but my body doesnt want it. ive been looked at wierd aswell by people who want to lose and are reaching for straws like i did but this is the most awesome thing ive ever done for muself i feel amazing and im looking good aswell
