Ok that's it! I want less than 12 percent body fat. I know this is going to require a lot of sacrifice, but it looks delicious

True Diablo- I think if this were pics of their backs instead of their stomachs- I'd look better. NSV- The massage therapist said she could tell I lifted weights (and I wasn't allowed to tip so before Chris says she was looking for extra money- LOL- it wasn't that) I said- Yeah- I have a lot of loose skin and she said- better to have it loose than full. Then proceeded to tell me how she lost 45 pounds doing atkins- gained it all back because she loves pie and lost it again and has maintained by eating in moderation and counting calories. TBH- she was a bit chatty and more talk of diets was the last thing I wanted to discuss- but I found it to be pretty coincidental. Or ironic- (I don't think I use the word ironic correctly so I avoid it.) :)

Becc@ That's funny! Ha. Does your massage person talk too much? LOL. I went for an hour and it was the fastest hour of my life and ended with hot stones. Fun stuff!

I’m somewhere between 40-45%. Cos I’m really short for my age. With a little more fat in the tummy area. 😂

DP, I know my massage therapist on a personal level. It's a small town, actually it's referred to as a village. Anyway, her kids were part of a summer art class I taught a few yeaes back and she's well known in the valley. We actually did talk this time, about raising kids. And yes, it did go by really fast. I am a gabber. 🗣🤪👍

I don't really have a clue what my body fat percentage is. What I do know is that for any of us who had babies, aged beyond 20, or gained a significant amount of weight... We won't ever be quite the same. Gosh, I would never want the skin on my tummy seen... Just a mass of little, loose wrinkles. The deal is, I don't care what I look like in a two piece! You dear ladies and men too, we have experienced life! Our outsides might not be perfect, but we are moving forward! This is a fascinating chart, but please take heart! We are more than our past or saggy skin. Add some clothes and no one knows! We can celebrate seeing how far we have come and know there are still improvements coming. My skin is still goon shrink so more... I'm hoping! 😁

Oh, and "recently converted skeletons" are probably super happy... happy with their pretty, nicely stretched, muscle filled skin! 😁

I have shoulders and chest of 8-10, stomach of 16-19. Average 13-14? Lol

And the definition on the upper abs of 11-12. But when I flex and people who are bodybuilders guess my percentage they say under 10. Funny.

Chris I think these are all best case scenarios !!! Like diablo said we all hold our in different ways. Mine is all in my lower stomach and lower back, that's why it's hard to tell what you are. If my problem areas had the same body fat percentage as my upper body i would be thrilled, but life isn't that kind!!! Lol 😆😂

🤔 hmm I think my body fat percentage was 26% according to one of those hand held scanners but that is NOT even near the ballpark of what I look like 😐
