Finished making the mini Apple cider donuts for the bake sale..thank goodness for a six quart stand mixer. I ended up doing them as mini muffins instead because it was easier and will also be a lot easier to apply the cinnamon sugar coating early tomorrow morning than it would to the donuts. Boyfriend doesn’t know it yet but he will be helping me get them in their little baggies and getting them to the bake sale site by 10. I will buy him breakfast in Laguna Beach fo thank him for the help.
