the black bitter morning coffee i think has been the hardest this far. going strong 2 weeks into this and i feel like a different human lol weighing again today at 10 ☺💪day 3 of cardio at end cycle of my IF not easy but results are worth it. the IF left me constipated but the cardio sorted that out asap lets hope for great results. even if its small. p.s had buns for dinner 😲
