i wonder if its the excercise that i dont loose much weight weekly?

It’s the amount of calories you are eating that will determine the fat lose. You burn more calories with exercise. But if you are replacing those burnt calories with food. It defeats the purpose. If you are feeling extra hungry because you are doing intense training. Maybe ease up a bit. So you don’t feel ravenous afterwards. Do light cardio. Increase the intensity a little each week. Or try HITT or weight training. It causes less of a spike in the hormone cortisol . Which can cause a spike in your insulin, making you hungry and storing everything you eat. Walking can lower the stress hormone cortisol. So do relaxing exercises and a 10min HITT workout.

depending on the kind of exercise you do, you may also be building muscle, so (forgive me if my explanation isn't too sciency) but if you're building muscle it is replacing fat, so although you won't be losing much in terms of weight, you may be changing in shape and dropping centimetres... haul out the measuring tape and start tracking those cm's as well

True Shereen, the measuring tape is a true indicater, if you are going in the right direction. If your jeans are getting tighter. Then you are doing something wrong.

I myself have gone fatter doing exercise but that was because I was eating the wrong foods. Eating way too much protein and bad carbs. Your diet has to be healthy for exercise to make a huge difference. I have been told, that abs are made in the kitchen and that has stuck with me. Time to get my abs back lol I’m almost 3 months postpartum.

Thanks Pascoal777 thats true im on calorie diet and after excersice i feel hungry. Will let the hunger go

Yes Shereen Donede my scale tells my 2.3%fat lose so maybe the muscle
