So far it's been great. I've stuck to my 2 meals per day of Keto and IF either 16/8 or 18/6. I haven't been too strict there since I am having a stressful week and I don't want to make it too rigid for now. And I must say I'm really low on energy but that's mostly cause my brain is totally working overtime between my work and studies. Going to do a weigh in tomorrow cause we're traveling this weekend. 🌸
