The only time I am not doing more than 2 exercises is when I do leg press and calf raises back to back. There is only 1 leg press so I don't want to piss anyone off going off and doing some shoulder presses or something lol

Wait what? You went to sleep and gained 2 pounds? But how

It went straight to his ass too. Probably from the Fruity Pebbles.

That delayed onset fat gain(DOFG).

That's why I go at midnight or later... And it still happens with 2-3 people there sometimes 🤬

Ah ok. Got it. I don’t time breaks unless I actually sit down but my breaks are usually however long it takes to walk to the next machine and set it up. Are you building muscle faster this way?

Yeah, Menno and Eric Helms make me think that if you're taller, you can't really get a thick look naturally but maybe they just don't have the genes for it?

It may be the small wrist thing. I've seen some tall guys with plenty of mass. Go to Menno's site, he has a FFMI calculator that takes wrist and ankle measurements into account.

So 183 with 10% is max? That's pretty good. Room for growth!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rxf7qpCXet0 If you pause this at 0204 you can see a comparison of Helms and Frank Zane. I think he compares pretty well considering most believe Zane was enhanced and he was also my height.

When you're super lean, 15.5 can look big. Chris Hemsworth had 16" as Thor.

They were bigger as fat Thor but looked smaller. All about the cut.

How do you figure you're 90% of the way there? Even if that percentage was right, the last 25 pounds of muscle takes WAY longer than the first 25.

Didn't you go from 135 to 165? Now you have to get to 200 and cut to 189 for 10% BF. Seems more like 50% or less of the way there.

Shouldn't be that long as long as you don't let up. Depends on your consistency.
