So for 1100 calories I got a whole pound of cucumber/cilantro salad, cottage cheese, oatmeal, 2 ice cream sammies, and a protein shake! Amazing!

I mixed strawberry Krave cereal with my Chobani Strawberry Greek yogurt this morning. It wasn't bad.

I don't care what is on it, I stay away from cottage cheese. Back when I thought I had to eat it, I would add Splenda to it to make it tolerable.

Of course, I have 1,000 cals and the Ice cream bar it’s only: 70 cals 3g of fats 5g of net carbs 3g of sugar 2g of protein I think I can enjoy just for today of this SIN😹❤️

Chris has taught me many things. I’m still trying to teach him that cottage cheese and pepper go well together!

About cottage cheese. Have you ever tried cottage cheese with canned fruit. The two of them together with a little calorie-free whipped cream on top is the bomb.
