Drank water... Lots and lots of water!
66.9 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Strangely, water does work!! In the summer I drink loads of soda water (Love those bubbles!!) and I am never really hungry or thirsty. My weight also is lower in the summer. Winter and lots of water... oohh eh eh for me! :) (Glad it is working for you and maybe I should try it too.)

It's haaard drinking lots of water in winter! I was home this week and it was surprisingly easier than at work... Also kept busy instead of sitting behind a desk the whole day!
