MissP_Fitmom🥑's Journal, 23 Jun 19

It’s been a challenging 4 weeks , being in and out of doctors offices eventually being admitted to hospital for 2 days due to bacterial bronchitis, been off gym for 2 weeks due to being sick and being warned of calorie restriction in my recovery. Stressed out. No gym haven't been consistently logging calories. Super nervous to weigh in as I feared damage done by slowing down. Still on antibiotics and miss going to the gym. I feel so 😩

You have more important things to do than lose/maintain weight :) Please take care of you properly and listen to your doctors. Rest, eat properly and recovery fully as it is also a way to look after your body and your mind. For people like you who like to keep fit and gym, it is a real pain to be on restrictions, but it is only temporary. Chin up. I hope you feel better soon :)

Your health comes first, do what you have to get better. After all the main reasons most of us are going to the gym is to have better health.

Damn I get that a lot... I usually have to take a month off. Just consume as little refined sugar as possible (please do get sugar from fruits or low fat yogurts) and dont over-eat carbs. Eat a normal caloric intake for your body. Having that illness can make you loose weight on its own. Take care of yourself🤗
