Did a similar thing today with chicken strips, tomato, onions, cucumber, green peppers all wrapped in a lettuce pocket. Flippen lekker

Wow great idea thanks hcpienaar. Mike your idea is a good one too just I find for me tomatoes add weight it's strange to me tho but I've proved it over and over
