Exam stress just finished writing about to murder this plate of beautiful subsidized student food. I won’t regret it I need it ❤️

Ended up only having fries and two wings finished the rest at supper now. Clearly I’m not used to consuming large amounts of food at once any more. Still within calories with room to have dessert. Will have woolworths luxury fruit and nut mix💃🏾

I could eat a whole sack of potatoes right now but this journey is teaching me that sometimes I can have meals that are not on plan but all in moderation. Hope you enjoyed!
