I’m so scared to weigh in , I’m expecting a gain🙅🏾‍♀️ with the weekend free eating and the flu🤦🏾‍♀️. Still shouldn’t be back at gym due to the persistent cough. 😭😭😭

Yip, no gym for you! :) Hope you feel better soon. Weight loss is less important than taking care of your overall health at the moment.
