It is my least favorite time of year, how is it that in Winter we eat so much. I had a system I liked Lemon water for breakfast, veggie afternoon and carbs in the evening. I am crazy busy at night that is why I eat carbs than. But now the lemon water is making my ulcers worse, and I am hungry all day long because of it. Any suggestions. Winter just makes me eat and need to focus.

Soups, maybe? I've really been enjoying them lately. They're really versatile, easy to meal prep as most of them freeze well, and super comforting during winter. You can bulk them up with beans/lentils and grains (I use buckwheat and barley mostly). Or if you're doing low carb, use veggies and some meat pieces? There are loads of great recipes online.
