Start slowly, start with one thing. Don’t put pressure on yourself to jump back in and be in the zone as you were before. Be patient and kind with yourself, and take it one commitment at a time, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant. You can do this! 💪🏾You will do this

Try the egg diet. Just search it in playstore. I don't exercise 'yet' and have lost 7kgs in 5 weeks doing egg diet and drinking 2L of water a day.
